PARENTS INVOLVEMENT IN ESTABLISHING CHARACTER VALUES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD THROUGH MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT APPROACH IN TK AR-RAHMAN STM HILIR

The purpose of this study was to reveal the involvement parents in shaping character values early childhood through a management development approach at Ar-Rahman Kindergarten, STM Hilir District. method used is qualitative approach, so that data collection subjects and informants carried out comprehensive holistic manner which an interpretative analysis observed phenomena. This then reflected selection research informants, as well techniques. validity credibility, transferability, defendability, confirmability tests. results showed that, (1) attitude principal, teachers, parents, head parental involvement, administration, school caretakers had positive towards (AUD), (2 ) Parental support / participation, both thoughts, energy, property, very supportive instilling for Kindergarten. In conclusion, Involvement Parents Instilling Character Values Early Childhood Through Management Development Approach District successful.
